At Acumen Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective inserts to ensure the furniture remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Collection

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
